What languages do you support?

How is pricing calculated?

Based on total monthly requests across all services. See our pricing page for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime with no penalties. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings, then Delete Account, or email support@tracekit.dev for immediate deletion.

Where is my data stored?

We use Hetzner data centers in Germany. Enterprise customers can request specific locations.


We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). For urgent issues, mark your email subject with [URGENT].
